Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a Route Service Representative in Raleigh, NC to travel across a broad territory, install merchandising plans, and maintain planograms while driving a company vehicle.

You will set up displays, manage stock, and work with store personnel to hit merchandising goals. The role requires independence, a strong work ethic, and willingness to travel 2–3 nights per week when needed.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Tech savvy with smartphone apps and common software tools.

Responsabilités

• Independently travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route driving SRP fleet vehicle.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms for consistency across locations and manage stock.
• Work with store managers and team members to achieve merchandising goals.
