Strategic Retail Partners in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Route Service Representative to travel across a large territory, set up and merchandise displays, and ensure compliance with company standards. The role involves overnight travel and a 48–52 hour week with overtime possibilities.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, comfort with technology, and experience in customer service or sales. Compensation includes weekly pay, benefits, and travel allowances.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure materials are placed correctly.
• Work closely with store managers and team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.

Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.

Expected Compensation Range: $50,572 – $59,311 annually

Note: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.01 – $19.01 per hour.

The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location
