Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a Route Service Representative to travel Lexington, KY and surrounding areas implementing merchandising plans and ensuring brand standards. You will set up displays, rotate stock, and coordinate with store managers to meet goals.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to travel 2–3 nights per week. Compensation ranges and benefits are provided with weekly pay and travel allowances.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Tech savvy with smartphone apps, Outlook and Zoom.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop and kneel.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to rent and operate a rental car.

Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route using a company vehicle from SRP’s fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in-store while maintaining a company-paid storage unit for additional inventory.
