Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Providing care across preventive, health maintenance, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up phases.
• Coordinating care, performing assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions within scope of practice.
• Practicing according to nursing standards and ethical guidelines to ensure patient safety and quality care.
