Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses for travel staffing opportunities across underserved communities.

The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care through the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams, and supporting care across all phases from prevention to follow-up. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing, an unencumbered RN license, and have at least one year of nursing experience with travel exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
• Residence at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Required department-specific competencies and certifications.
