Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments, delivering personalized care across diverse clinical settings. The role emphasizes independence, clinical excellence, and adaptability to serve underserved communities.

Positions include weekly pay with stipends and eligibility for health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Contracts are 14 weeks with options to extend or transfer to other sites.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Residing at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Providing care across all phases—from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, educating patients, triaging, and performing various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope and standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and applicable professional guidelines.
