The role involves identifying and implementing strategic initiatives to exceed profitability targets and frequent travel to support a designated region. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are required, along with a deep understanding of branch operations, compliance, and financial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 10+ years of experience in consumer lending
• 10+ years in consumer lending or financial services
• Multilocation leadership experience required
• Strong leadership and people development abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Advanced analytical and strategic decision-making capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop district and branch managers to achieve organizational goals.
• Analyze market trends, performance data, and business conditions to guide strategic decisions.
• Oversee financial performance, including P&L review, expense control, and revenue optimization.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor local market dynamics and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Promote a customer-first culture and support branches in resolving complex customer issues.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, community partners, and vendors.
