Sun Loan Company is seeking a Traveling District Manager to oversee a designated territory and support multiple stores across New Mexico. This role requires frequent travel and relocation as needed to drive profitability and operational excellence.

You will analyze district performance, implement strategic initiatives, and lead branch managers to achieve targets while ensuring adherence to company policies and controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years multistore managerial experience.
• Willing to travel up to 90%.
• Relocation based on business needs.
• Desire to learn quickly and implement new information.
• Able to operate independently with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of office profitability goals for the district.
• Identifies opportunities to contain and minimize operating costs.
• Enforces collection, credit extension, cash control, operation standards, asset control procedures within the district.
• Analyzes operational reports; develops an action plan for each office.
• Evaluates performance of supervised employees.
• Identifies and develops branch managers for succession planning.
• Travels frequently to perform store audits and review field policies.
• Plans and coordinates local advertising campaigns.
