At Sun Loan we are seeking an experienced Traveling Regional Manager to lead multiple districts and branches. This role is responsible for identifying, recommending, and implementing strategic initiatives to effectively meet and exceed companies' profitability. This position involves frequent, ongoing travel, supplemented by the company travel policy and requires an individual who will relocate to support a designated region, based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop district and branch managers to achieve organizational goals.
• Analyze market trends, performance data, and business conditions to guide strategic decisions.
• Oversee financial performance, including P&L review, expense control, and revenue optimization.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor local market dynamics and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Promote a customerfirst culture and support branches in resolving complex customer issues.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• OR 10+ years of experience in the consumer lending industry

Experience

• 10+ years in consumer lending or financial services
• Multilocation leadership experience required
