Persona Signs, LLC is seeking a Traveling Field Manager to oversee field operations and large-scale projects across regional markets in New Jersey. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of field experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or related trades.
• Experience leading crews, subcontractors, or field operations is preferred.
• Experience managing multi-site or regional projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large field projects and critical initiatives across regions.
• Provide onsite leadership to crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safety and quality.
• Train and supervise field staff; ensure proper installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Coordinate timelines, materials, scheduling, and customer expectations with operations.
• Document progress with notes, photos, and field reports; conduct safety audits.
• Travel regionally and manage multi-site projects with overnight stays when needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, site contacts, and vendors.
• Escalate issues to leadership and assist with project planning and change management.
