Job summary

STRM Partners is seeking a traveling Superintendent to oversee the direction, training, and staffing of field personnel across designated project areas. You will work closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors to ensure timely starts and successful project execution.

You will coordinate hiring processes for field staff, manage material logistics to job sites, and uphold safety and regulatory standards while guiding teams to align with budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience in a similar facility or construction environment.
• Experience coordinating field personnel and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Meets with the Project Manager and subcontractors to coordinate standardization of processes and resolve mutual concerns.
• Works with the Project Manager in establishing new hiring processes and procedures for field personnel.
• Scheduling and coordination of material to ship to job site.
• Oversee and ensure that all projects in the specified area are completed to forecast.
• Oversees the Safety Program and ensures safety standards are met and maintained.
• Coordinate with field staff to meet project timelines and budgets with the Director of Production.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training of Field Staff and support staff.
