Channel Partners Solutions in New Jersey is seeking a detail-oriented Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across assigned stores. You will personally perform resets, installations, and on-site work, guiding a team of merchandising associates and ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising: resets, new-item cut-ins, planograms, displays, fixture assembly, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, and inspect work to standards.
• Serve as in-market contact; build strong relationships with store management and client reps.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting via mobile apps and verify data.
• Plan daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety on site and ensure proper use of tools by team.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to the District Manager promptly.
• Lead the in-store team to quality and on-time completion of projects.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising standards, safety, and retailer requirements.
• Provide input on associate performance and assist in interviews/onboarding.
