Job summary

A Clean Portoco is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to assure unit quality, safety, and compliance while supporting a positive customer experience. The role requires travel between locations and involves delivering and inspecting units, plus ongoing QA reporting.

You will collaborate with other departments, provide guidance on best practices, and help maintain product quality across operations. Travel and valid driving credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years QA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet all safety standards and follow transportation laws.
• Inspect equipment and facilities for cleanliness and functionality.
• Respond to customer complaints by delivering or cleaning units as needed.
• Communicate with customers to identify product/service needs and propose solutions.
• Maintain detailed QA reports on calls, orders, sales, and issues.
• Deliver products to customers and update routes with the routing team.
• Provide feedback to leadership on technician results and adherence to protocols.
• Troubleshoot sanitation issues promptly to minimize disruption.
• Develop and update sanitation procedures to stay compliant.
• Collaborate with production and training teams on quality standards.
