Aldridge Electric is seeking a Traveling Quality Manager to ensure that construction projects meet quality standards. This role involves auditing processes at various construction sites across the country and overseeing the implementation of the Aldridge Quality Program.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, with extensive experience in quality management and the ability to manage project-specific Quality Control Plans. The position offers a salary between $85,000 - $125,000, plus a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in construction management or quality management.
• 5 years of Construction Quality Management or Auditing experience.
• Ability to manage and implement Quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Audit PM / Quality processes at construction sites.
• Oversee Quality Program processes for jobsites.
• Investigate and prepare root cause analysis for non-conforming work.
