Job summary

First Onsite seeks a Project Supervisor to lead on-site activities, organize resources, and ensure work advances safely and efficiently. You will direct delivery teams, monitor progress against scope, budget, and schedule, and maintain strong safety practices while aligning with First Onsite policies.

On-site leadership includes coordinating subcontractors, preparing schedules, and maintaining documentation, with 24/7 availability for critical support and rapid response to issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes and manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve subcontractor proposals within budget.
• Prepare project schedules for crews and subcontractors.
• Fill in as needed, assisting with tasks including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and inventories.
• Maintain daily log of conditions, activities, communications, events.
• Prepare reports and other admin documents.
• Manage receipts and approve change orders.
• Conduct daily on-site safety meetings.
• Maintain daily reports, timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, material sheets.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance and readiness.
• On-call with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
