Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certificate required.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution for high-impact projects.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and critical-path method.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to contract documents.
