This hands-on leader travels up to 75% and drives project success from dirt to delivery, mentoring on-site teams and reporting progress to senior management while upholding the highest safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across regional and national locations.
• Strong on-site leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site activities for ground-up construction, including site prep, foundations, structure, and finishes.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality; adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Travel regionally and nationally to multiple project sites.
