Job summary

Septon Development Group seeks a results-oriented Working Superintendent for our Phoenix-area projects. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with Project Managers and Ownership, and manage multiple vendors and subs to meet deadlines and milestones.

The role requires travel most of the time, with a focus on safety, quality, and proactive communication. Procore experience and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the field of construction with ability to manage multiple vendors and subs.
• Ability to read Commercial blueprints and job specs thoroughly.
• Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and track progress.
• Willingness to travel the majority of the time with a valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supervision and coordinate with Project Managers and ownership.
• Manage multiple subs and vendors across jobs in the greater Phoenix area.
• Forecast, plan, and communicate schedule, materials, and inspections.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on all sites using Procore and field logs.
• Direct Assistant Superintendent and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
• Maintain logs, reports, and client communications for project progress.
