Kitchell is seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Phoenix, AZ, willing to travel to support regional projects. The role focuses on on-site execution, building client and design-team partnerships, mentoring field staff, and ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Travel to various Arizona sites is expected. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction management, with a Bachelor’s degree in CM or related field, or 10+ years of equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project management experience in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel across Arizona and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution for high-impact projects in Arizona.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost forecasts.
• Review design and construction documents for budget and schedule conformance.
• Coordinate bidding, subcontracts, and change orders with stakeholders.
• Mentor field staff and ensure safety, quality, and profitability.
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations for owners and management.
