Job summary

Kitchell seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on a Tucson project. You will oversee planning, scheduling, supervision of site personnel, and safety compliance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Strong knowledge of commercial construction and project management software is essential.

The role requires 15 years of Superintendent experience and OSHA 30 certification, with a preference for a construction management or engineering degree. Arizona travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 15 years of Superintendent experience required.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from planning to completion.
• Manage scheduling, supervision of site personnel, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with trade partners and field staff to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Prepare daily reports with crew sizes, work performed, and weather conditions.
• Maintain project drawings, schedule updates, and pre-punch/close-out activities.
