Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the safety culture on projects and mentors staff.
• Manages prestart checklist, subcontractor pricing, and bid development.
• Coordinates submittal schedules, reviews shop drawings, and ensures approvals.
• Develops project schedule and budgets, analyzes costs and profitability.
• Manages stakeholder communications and risk across the project lifecycle.
