Job summary

IES seeks a Project Manager to lead assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance while coordinating with customers and staff. The role requires multi-project oversight, staff supervision, and process improvements across project lifecycles.

The position emphasizes customer interface, cost control, and timely reporting, with travel within branch/regional territory as needed. A strong background in telecommunications or related construction is preferred, along with MS

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• RCDD certification preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise staff and provide mentoring.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery progress.
• Plan for and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review job cost postings, invoicing, collections and reporting.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Interface with customer representatives as the company liaison.
• Develop and implement account process improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
