IES is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Low voltage) for Hyperscale Data Center projects. This is a career position requiring travel 100% and leadership of a professional team to meet customer and company goals.

The role emphasizes supervision, cost control, and client liaison across multiple sites with a strong focus on safety and quality. IES offers competitive pay and benefits and values strong project execution capabilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RCDD certification preferred.
• Minimum five years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Five years of telecommunications or related field experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Must meet driving standards and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise project staff.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery and installation progress.
• Plan and maintain project profitability.
• Review job costs, invoices, and financial reporting.
• Manage quality and safety on customer work.
• Participate in or facilitate the bid process.
• Liaise with customer representatives and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement account processes.
• Additional duties as assigned.
