Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial low voltage and hyperscale data center infrastructure projects across the United States. This national travel role requires coordination with customers, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver on time, safely, and within budget.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, installation, QA, and closeout.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience managing large-scale commercial low voltage installation projects, preferably within hyperscale data center environments.
• Experience managing project financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.
• Experience leading field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors on large commercial construction projects.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States for project assignments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and design documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of commercial low voltage and data center infrastructure projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
• Execute assigned project objectives, targets, and deliverables.
• Participate in project planning, forecasting, and operational review meetings.
• Follow established operational guidelines throughout the pre-sales, planning, delivery, closeout, and post-installation phases.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestone completion.
• Identify project risks and implement proactive and corrective action plans.
• Manage project change control processes and obtain approved change orders.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality project execution.
• Monitor quality assurance throughout all phases of project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and system data.
• Align purchase orders, contracts, proposals, and project financial documentation.
• Manage project billing schedules and ensure timely invoicing.
• Review project budgets, financial performance, project metrics, accounts receivable, pending awards, invoicing, and system updates on a regular basis.
• Report project status, including safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance, to senior leadership.
• Lead, motivate, and support superintendents, field leaders, and project teams to achieve production goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and support additional business opportunities.
• Maintain exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships.
• Support continuous process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
