Job summary

GMEA LLC is hiring an Entry-Level Traveling Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects across the United States. This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree and offers paid training, travel, and growth opportunities.

No prior construction experience is needed, and candidates will be mentored in field leadership from day one. The position is field-based with extensive travel, onsite work, and opportunities to advance into senior project management roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• No previous construction, electrical, or project management experience required.
• Willing and able to travel extensively across the United States.
• Available to work onsite daily during construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily installation progress and ensure work follows schedules and instructions.
• Document construction progress with photos, daily reports, and updates.
• Attend onsite meetings with customers, general contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Promote field safety; monitor PPE usage and site organization.
• Coordinate with field personnel to track progress and address concerns.
