GMEA LLC in the United States is hiring Entry-Level Traveling Project Managers to help oversee large-scale construction projects nationwide. No prior construction, electrical, or project management experience is required, and we provide training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.

This is a field-based role that puts you in active job sites with travel required. The position offers a starting salary of $65,000–$75,000 per year, with potential performance-based bonuses and salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• No previous construction, electrical, or project management experience required.
• Willing to travel extensively throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight & Reporting: monitor progress, photos, daily updates.
• Customer & Team Communication: onsite meetings, professional communication.
• Field Safety & Site Organization: ensure PPE usage, organize tools/materials.
