GMEA LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Traveling Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects across the United States. The role is full-time and nationwide travel is required, with a starting salary of $65,000–$75,000 annually and paid training.

No prior construction or project management experience is required; recent graduates will receive mentorship, hands-on training, and opportunities for advancement into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required for applying.
• No prior construction, electrical, or project management experience is required.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States is mandatory.
• This is a field-based role with on-site work rather than remote work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily installation progress and document updates.
• Attend onsite meetings with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper PPE usage on site.
