Job summary

GMEA LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Traveling Project Manager to oversee field operations on major construction projects across the United States. This role requires willingness to travel extensively and work onsite at active sites, with mentorship and paid training included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and must be completed at application.
• No prior construction, electrical, or project management experience required.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across the United States.
• Must be onsite daily during active construction activities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and basic business software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily installation progress and help ensure schedules are followed.
• Document construction progress with photos and daily reports.
• Attend onsite meetings with customers, general contractors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with field personnel to track progress and resolve concerns.
• Maintain safety, organize tools and materials, and support project execution.
