Job summary

GMEA LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Traveling Project Manager to manage large-scale construction projects across the United States. No prior construction, electrical, or PM experience is required, and a bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

This full-time, nationwide travel position offers paid training, company-paid travel, and career growth opportunities. You will start in a field-based role, traveling frequently, coordinating with customers and contractors, and learning the ropes under experienced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required and must be completed at the time of application.
• No prior construction, electrical, or project management experience is required.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the United States.
• Available to work onsite daily during assigned construction activities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily installation progress and help ensure work follows established project schedules and instructions.
• Document construction progress through photos, daily reports, and regular updates.
• Attend onsite meetings with customers, general contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with field personnel to track progress, address concerns, and support project execution.
• Ensure site safety and PPE usage; maintain organized, safe work areas.
• Communicate project updates and issues promptly to company leadership.
