Job summary

GMEA LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Traveling Project Manager to help oversee large construction projects across the United States. No prior construction experience is required, and recent graduates will receive paid training and mentorship.

This field-based role requires extensive travel, working onsite daily at active sites, and collaboration with seasoned electricians and supervisors. A bachelor’s degree is required, with opportunities for career growth into senior project management positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and must be completed at time of application.
• No prior construction, electrical, or project management experience required.
• Willing to travel extensively across the United States for project assignments.
• Must be available to work onsite daily during construction activities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily installation progress and ensure work follows project schedules.
• Document construction progress with photos and daily reports.
• Attend onsite meetings with customers, general contractors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with field personnel to track progress and address concerns.
• Maintain safety practices and proper PPE usage on site.
