Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentoring others.
• Manages prestart process and coordination with preconstruction team.
• Leads buyout scheduling, pricing and subcontractor selection.
• Manages submittal schedule and ensures approved submittals are returned.
• Coordinates pricing on materials and equipment; liaises with risk management.
