Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling Project Manager for Advanced Industries to lead complex projects nationwide from Hillsboro, Beaverton or other sites. You will drive safety, planning, and coordination with design teams and subcontractors.

You’ll manage preconstruction activities, change controls, submittals, and scheduling while ensuring budget and timeline goals are met across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of construction management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to sustain an injury-free environment.
• Manage prestart and coordinate with preconstruction team on takeoffs and scopes.
• Oversee submittal schedules, reviews and approvals with architects/engineers.
• Lead buyout planning, pricing validation, and subcontract issuance.
• Coordinate with logistics for pricing on materials and equipment.
• Prepare change requests and obtain owner/architect approvals.
• Run project meetings and provide regular reporting on status and profitability.
• Develop and update project schedules, track resources and procurement.
