Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking a capable mechanical construction project lead in Raleigh, NC, to coordinate MEP activities across HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal. You will bridge field teams with project documents, schedules, and the overall project scope.

The role emphasizes traveling to sites to drive projects to completion, ensuring alignment between drawings, schedules, and field execution. Strong communication and software proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of MEP beyond the acronym (HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal).
• Ability to navigate construction documents and schedules.
• Proficient with project-management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Job description

You’ll manage mechanical construction projects

where MEP coordination, HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal all have to come together. You’ll be working across project teams to keep the work organized, communicate priorities, and make sure the mechanical scope doesn’t get lost between the drawings, schedule, and jobsite.

You’ll bring the field and project sides together.

Your mechanical understanding will help you communicate with the people actually building the work while keeping the broader project moving. You’ll work with project documentation, scheduling, coordination, and the tools used to keep construction on track—including Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.

You’ll get

$110K–$140K in annual compensation and a traveling role that puts you on projects rather than behind a desk managing the same job from start to finish.
