Job summary

TW Constructors (TWC) is seeking a Project Engineer to support design/build construction projects on site across the country. You will assist in scheduling, bidding, permitting, subcontractor buyout, cost reporting, and owner coordination to ensure timely, high-quality execution from design to completion.

The role requires active site presence, travel or relocation, and collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors while maintaining safety and quality standards on all job

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in commercial project management.
• Experience with design‑build projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Influence, negotiate, and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Contribute to project scheduling and close-out process.
• Assist Superintendent in managing subcontractors and costs.
• Monitor labor, costs, and equipment needs on projects.
• Support design development and value engineering efforts.
