TW Constructors is seeking a Project Engineer to join our on-site team in Stillwater, OK. The role supports design/build projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely execution.

The Project Engineer will assist with scheduling, budgeting, subcontracts, and RFI/CO processes, while upholding safety and regulatory standards on site. Opportunities for travel across the country are possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in commercial project management; internships welcomed.
• Design-Build experience and active jobsite experience are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Influence and negotiate with owners, architects, engineers, and subs.
• Support scheduling, bidding, permitting, subcontractor buyout and cost reporting.
• Assist Superintendent with subcontractors and safety oversight.
• Monitor labor, costs, and equipment; ensure on-time delivery.
• Contribute to design development and value engineer construction methods.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contract compliance.
• Travel nationwide as projects require.
