Job summary

TW Constructors is seeking a Project Engineer to join on-site support for design/build, interior renovations, and construction management projects. The role involves coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors, managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractor buyouts.

Travel across sites nationwide may be required, and a strong safety record is essential. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering and 1–5 years of experience in commercial project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in commercial project management
• Design-Build experience is ideal
• Active jobsite experience with strong safety record
• Ability to interpret blueprints and specs
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Influence and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors
• Contribute to project schedule and close-out process
• Assist Superintendent in managing subcontractors
• Monitor labor, costs, and equipment needs
• Participate in design development and value-engineering
• Assist in preconstruction, quality, and safety processes
• Establish and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Ensure safety compliance on all job sites
• Manage submittals, change orders, and RFIs
• Prepare submittals and RFIs and price changes
• Travel nationwide and relocation may be required
