• Active site experience and strong safety record.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, reports.

Responsibilities

• Influence, negotiate, and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and teammates.
• Contribute to project schedule and close-out process.
• Assist Superintendent in managing subcontractors.
• Monitor project labor, costs, and equipment needs.
• Support preconstruction, quality, and safety processes.
• Establish schedules and budgets for project delivery.
