Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret blueprints and contracts.
• Willingness and ability to travel to job sites 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Contract professional services; schedule and coordinate.
• Develop Construction Documents; identify submittals.
• Review documents and manage the bid process.
• Coordinate takeoffs and bid assemblies with the team.
• Attend pre-construction and job meetings.
• Interface with field superintendents to monitor progress and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain schedules including permits, submittals, and approvals.
