Job summary

Cash Construction, a MasTec Company, in Austin, TX, seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead scheduling, cost engineering, and project controls ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable project execution.

This traveling role requires up to 25% site work with relocation assistance and a focus on planning, progress tracking, and collaboration with PMs across heavy civil and utility projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in project controls with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or P6 (Primavera) is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage resource management schedules for all assigned projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a scheduling management system.
• Identify process efficiencies and create and manage new processes to drive efficiencies within project schedules.
• Review progressed schedules against schedule deadlines.
• Lead and execute Project Planning and Execution Planning Session.
• Lead and execute Logic Development, Schedule Updates and Forecasting.
• Ensure client Project Controls and Reporting specifications and requirements are met per contract.
