Job summary

Cash Construction, a MasTec company, is seeking a Project Scheduler to oversee resource management for multiple central Texas projects. The role supports project managers with schedule planning, coordination of tasks, and monitoring timelines across sites in Austin, Pflugerville, and San Antonio.

Travel up to 25% with relocation assistance provided. Ideal candidate has heavy civil/utilities experience, a Bachelor’s degree, 5–10 years in scheduling, and proficiency in MS Project or P6.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy civil and utilities construction projects.
• Strong document control software and systems knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage resource schedules for all assigned projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a scheduling management system.
• Identify process efficiencies and drive improvements in project schedules.
• Monitor progress against schedule deadlines.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to update schedules.
• Lead planning sessions and forecast schedules.
