Job summary

Cash Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to support daily management, supervision, and coordination of projects in the Pflugerville, TX area. The role focuses on safety, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration to meet time and cost objectives.

Travel is up to 90% across the project area, with overnight stays. The candidate will apply classroom skills in a professional construction setting, learning to take on increasing responsibility under MasTec’s CEI segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Primavera, Timberline, and Construction Software.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret blueprints, contracts, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate team for takeoff and bid assembly assignments; manage the bid process.
• Develop Construction Documents and review submittals with Owner/Client.
