Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Project Director to deliver overall direction for the assigned work program, spanning all phases of the project lifecycle. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and stakeholder relationships in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve contractual and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and strategic direction for large programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for all stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in project management, budgeting and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership for the project lifecycle across all phases.
• Leads safety culture and implements corrective actions as needed.
• Supports strategy development and company-wide initiatives.
• Manages client relationships and drives long-term opportunities.
• Oversees risk assessments and negotiates change orders and contingencies.
• Develops subcontractor strategy and preconstruction plans.
• Monitors project schedule and resource utilization for success.
