Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a seasoned Project Scheduler to assist Project Managers in planning and scheduling design and construction projects across industrial, aviation, and commercial sectors. This traveling role requires up to 100% travel across the US.

The candidate will develop baselines, maintain P6 schedules, analyze progress, and deliver timely status reports to leadership and clients. Strong communication and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in project controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMI or AACEi certification is a plus.
• Experience in large industrial construction projects preferred.
• Ability to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and maintenance of project baselines and reporting systems.
• Prepare, maintain & review cost/resource-loaded schedules (P6) including forecasting.
• Implement and maintain Planning/Scheduling portions of projects.
• Develop critical path logic networks and bar charts.
• Analyze status against baselines and forecast impacts.
• Assess design/construction changes and schedule slippages.
• Report schedule status to project teams and clients.
• Provide guidance on project control issues as needed.
• Attend schedule review meetings and travel within the USA.
• Perform other responsibilities related to this position.
