Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking experienced traveling Superintendents to lead large-scale heavy civil projects in the Power & Process sector. The role requires coordinating construction activities from start to finish, enforcing safety standards, and collaborating with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

The position involves supervising field personnel, procuring tools and materials, and ensuring schedules and budgets are met on site across multiple projects in the Southeast region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years in heavy civil construction supervisory role.
• Experience overseeing power distribution systems construction.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Power construction projects from start to finish.
• Enforce safety as priority and compliance with safety plans.
• Coordinate with owner, designers, and subcontractors for efficient performance.
• Develop production plans with budget goals.
• Oversee payroll submissions and HR-related documentation.
• Produce daily, progress, and compliance reports.
• Review plans and shop drawings for contract compliance.
• Procure tools and materials to meet project schedule.
• Manage staffing levels and equipment availability per phase.
• Recruit and direct onsite field personnel.
• Oversee subcontractor oversight and schedule adherence.
