Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans, directs, and administers physical therapy programs to restore function and independence.
• Implements individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities.
• Provides patient assessments and updates plans of care in collaboration with the patient/family.
• Performs reassessment and modifies plans based on progress and outcomes.
• Communicates patient progress to supervisor, physicians, and team members.
• Ensures documentation complies with policies and regulatory requirements.
