Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate and manage rehabilitation plans, restore function, and improve patients' independence across care settings. You will develop individualized care plans, use evidence-based techniques, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires pa rt-time/d per diem flexibility, PA licensure, and BLS certification, with opportunities to work at multiple LVHN locations and Home Care assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• PA licensure as a Physical Therapist upon hire.
• AHA BLS certification upon hire.
• Ability to travel to patient care assignments - Home Care.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements PT plans of care to restore function and independence.
• Implements evidence-based therapy techniques including exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and ADL training.
• Communicates patient progress and limitations to supervisor, physicians, and team members.
• Completes and submits documentation per policies and regulatory requirements.
