Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You will assess needs, consult on solutions, and close opportunities as the face of our national brand in your local community.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and sales skills. Travel up to 100% within the assigned territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your current state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and engagement.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share for clarity.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations and ensure satisfactory completion.
