Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school education required.
• Certifications/Licenses: Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of patient service specialist experience required; prior training experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and trainer on transition issues related to front desk operations.
• Develop, write and deliver SOPs for the transition and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee training of staff across locations, in person and via webinar.
• Evaluate current processes and integrate them into new organizational workflows.
• Travel extensively, including extended stays out of state, to support transition.
