Job summary

aoncology is seeking a training-focused transition specialist to support front desk operations during organizational changes. You will act as a subject matter expert, develop SOPs, and train staff across multiple locations, including remote sessions.

The role requires 3+ years in patient service and prior training experience, plus a valid driver's license for nationwide travel. Expect significant travel, and occasional weekend coverage as transition needs dictate.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Valid state Driver's License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.
• Minimum 3 years of patient service specialist experience and prior Training experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert and trainer on transition issues related to front desk operations of clinics and staff transitioning to a new organization.
• Evaluate current processes and write SOPs; integrate them into new processes within AON and deliver training by deadlines.
• Oversee training of staff from various locations, including in-person and webinar sessions.
• Travel extensively across the US; extended stays out of state will be required.
• Support other areas as needed to ensure smooth transition.
