Job summary

AON is seeking a Patient Services Specialist Transition Associate to lead transition initiatives for front desk operations within a nationwide travel-intensive role. You will train staff, develop SOPs, and ensure smooth integration across clinics while maintaining compliance with regulations.

The position requires 3+ years in patient services, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel extensively while working remotely when required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required for travel to satellite offices.
• Minimum 3 years of patient service experience is required.
• Prior training experience is preferred.
• Ability to travel >75% and work remotely as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and trainer on transition issues for front desk operations.
• Support staff transitioning to a new organization and advocate policy changes.
• Embed transition and deliver capability to staff; meet deadlines.
• Write SOPs and ensure proper application during integration.
• Oversee training of staff across locations, in-person and via webinar.
• Travel extensively and participate in multi-site transitions.
